Medium fruity extra virgin olive oil made from organic farming of single cultivar Majatica di Ferrandina typical of the Ferrandina area in the province of Matera in the Basilicata region of Italy. Typical of this cultivar are the elegant green and fruity notes accompanied with perfect balanced bitter and spicy notes. This EVOO is very versatile and good used raw on any dish, but mostly on salads, seafood, white meat, steamed vegetables, etc. The organic farming and the well balanced notes, make it and ideal ingredient for children food.
